Is "ps4" just a typo? If not: Sorry, but there aren't any "moneydrops" on PS4 & xBox One, you'll need to get your account modded on PS3 or xbox 360 and transfer it over to your ps4.

No, since PS3 and PS4 have both their own online characters, Stats, bank etc.
So, like i said: you'll need to create a fresh account on PS3 or xbox 360, mod it, and transfer it to your PS4 Account (well, might need a new account if you allready transfered a character).
