It is not possible to drop money on PS4 however if you have not transferred your character yet you can have it dropped on PS3 then transfer to PS4.

Money drops on PS4 don't exist. There was talk of a glitch which let you kind of clone accounts but I think that got patched.
You'd need to have a new account modded on PS3/360 then transfer it.
