If you didn't already know, you could simply edit someone's menu base. Such as 2much4u. Many people have edited his menu base... Or are you looking for a freshly designed one?

What are you going to do with a base? Make a menu out of it? Doesn't seem like you're up to the task if you can't edit one yourself, I'd suggest trying to do some things yourself first as editing a menu base's design, which isn't even editing the base actually, the design has nothing to do with the base, you can have 50 different styled bases with all the same designs, but that's the easiest thing to do, so quite pointless to pay for something like that.

What you have is simply what it says, a "Base." You and others then use this base to create your own cool and unique designs. You should take some time to learn which functions/code create the actual layout of the base your are using (usually functions starting with "DRAW...") - then start to experiment by changing color, shape, and size (or even adding sprites).
