Just a heads up, if you already have an account used on PS4, it cannot be modded. You will need to make a new account and make sure it is not used on the PS4. Whoever does the service will be able to transfer it from the PS3 to the PS4, you just make the account through the website, etc.

So do i need to make a new account on the ps4 and not use gta online for this to work?

You can create one on the computer and don't login to it on the computer. Just hand the account over to the person who is modding it and they will most likely Character transfer it to PS4.

Yes! The account can't be played on GTA 5 nor linked to social club , because you wouldn't be able to transfer over to next gen from last gen! Hope it helps!
