Ya I actually just tested it with a legit account. I was trying to link the Xbox 360 account to a temporary social club account with a PSN account on it then transfer it to PS4, then link it to a new social club and PSN account and try to transfer again but ya it doesn't work and says "you have already transferred character data once before to this Sony account" even though I had literally just made that account and never used it. Myth busted, thread closed.
