Sorry to say but i dont Think no one can do that if you already transferred your old gen account to nex gen

Your going to need to have old gen console xbox 360 and gta 5 Make new Account Then once your on old gen with your gta account Find a modder that is willing to do it for you For Free Or Pay a Modder to do it if you Cant find One for free.

i Only do PS3 Accounts unfortunately i dont Know about xbox 360 but if i did i would offer to do it for you free just for once Its ben a while since i did not give someone a free service,

So how it works Your account haves to be modded on Old Gen then you transfer to next gen you will have all your modded stats money rank skills many other things etc..

I didn't transfer, I only have an Xbox one and one account

if You Started gta on xbox one it applies the same as i said as there is no modders on xbox one or ps4 there is no modded consoles Or Mods on those yet So you will need an xbox 360 make a New account on the xbox 360 then have gta on xbox 360 do the the online tut then find a Modder on 360 once you do and he mods it for you, Next step is linking your xbox 360 account to social club and then go to your xbox One Transfer your xbox 360 account on Xbox One get on GTA 5 Online on Xbox one and then it will ask you do you want to transfer your online character you say yes and re fix how your guy looks then you should have all your modded stuff and skills money,
