You can NOT have a HotKnife in your garage on PS3 only modders can

Yeah you can? Just install the fix into a clean update via backup

I mean unless if it was patched
But you can mod it and transfer it over since it's open on next gen

Hey buddy sorry if I offended you but I did mention briefly that it is possible to unlock it with modding. Maybe you missed that in my first sentence or misunderstood what I was saying. Either way let's stay on topic.. No reason to fuss about nothing.

Either way.. It is possible to unlock and I am capable and mostly confident it can be done as I did it a long time ago on my OFW base edition of the game.
