Make an account on 360.
Level it up
Give it money
THEN tie it to social club so you can transfer all the details.
(And stuff like LSC unlocks and stuff.)

Basically I was wondering if anyone could do all of that and maybe a little more.*

#1 Level 146 (Random level to seem more legit)
#2 Around $500 million or more depending how much you can have before it's suspicious
#3 Modded outfits
#4 All unlocks
