Ok I don't know if you are trolling. If you arn't... It's never that easy. Your question is extremely vague. It depends on the game and if people will even do it for you. There's no such thing as a modded account. Just an account that's being modded or has been altered. In most cases once the account was changed, it still has to abide by the rules of the system and firmware you are using.
