Sorry to say but your chances of getting a modded account for less than $40 are slim to none.

This is due to transfers having ended, so there's no way to make new modded accounts for 'Next Gen' consoles - so high demand, low/limited stock.

Feel free to look/ask around the Services section - I saw one with everything unlocked, but little money for $20.
