You've got a 0% chance of someone giving you a modded GTA V account for "Next Gen" console bud.

With transfers having ended there's no way to make any new modded accounts, so they're in high demand and limited stock.

You're probably looking at $50 minimum for one - however with the PS4 modding scene advancing like it is, there's hope for PS4 mods in the near future if you want to wait it out.
