There are no mods for Next-Gen so you would have to make a new account on 360 or PS3 and get it modded then transfer it to Next-Gen it's just how it is.

U can get a ps3 account done and connect both xbox one and ps3 accounts to the same rockstar social club and transfer a modded ps3 account to ur xbox one

I tried to transfer an account where i just get a money drop. It didn't work. I tried it with Rank and money and it did worked. So i think that it wont work if you just try to transfer an account with Money.
