Because he can mod on ps3 so u can transfer it to xbox one Not Happy or Sad

he can't get ur xbox one player and some how transfer X1 to ps3. He assumed you probably transferred to xbox one from whatever console the player came from x360 or ps3 so you will need another account.

Dude he just said he can't make an higher Rank when the Account is already transfered on a Nextgen Console, you can make an new account for ps3 and then you can transfer it to the ps3 when you make an Social Club Account
