Could be actually. All my mates got them done on fresh accounts and many people here do fresh only and say that they never get a banned account. And yeah I couldnt remember how much months I just deleted kik bcus I just needed it to ask him.

Yeah I recently got one done by a friend on a fresh account. My friend just got into the game so I was looking to get one done for him.
Older accounts tend to be main accounts which is most likely why he wants access to them.
I've never been banned either. He's obviously up to something, but hey! take the risk if you want :p

One more thing I would like to add, he changed his thread title and now is only offering 'cash drops', which I am sure he has a friend who does and not this guy himself. He is no longer offering 'recoveries', yeah sure. His intentions were to scam users for game share. I am sure if a moderator traces the ip of the 'vouches' from this thread, it'll all be the same guy.
