money drop lobbies on new gen consoles is pretty much impossible. Not sure about recoverys tho.

Then on to another question i made a character on my ps3 i never got around to transfer because i didnt use it much. Would it be possible to "get money dropped" and then transfer the secondary character? Is the transfer account wide or only chracters?

you can get a recovery or money drop lobby on ps3 then transfer to ps4.
