The game has to be activated on Steam or SocialClub!

I can change your level, money, unlock cars, tuning parts, clothes, costumes, etc. - I can unlock everything you want - just ask for it.

Nobody I did this for was banned and I was never banned either. However there is a tiny chance to get caught (as this is modding the game), this will result in a 1 month timeout and amoney reset. In a case like that I will add new money to the account if you want so.

If you want proof or have any questions add me, I will love to proof and answer questions you might have!

You chose the level, money, unlocked stuff and stats. These are the max stats i recommend:

-> Unlock everything (cars, tuning parts, clothes, costumes, masks, etc.)

-> Max level 125

-> Max money $250.000.000

-> Max stats (Strength, driving, flying, ...)
