No way of modding on GTA online on PS4 at this stage. Only option is paying for an account that has been transferred to PS4, but be prepared to pay a fair bit for one.

Yeah, I was meaning like if anyone knows how to make modded outfits like I see videos of people making "modded outfits" but I can never get them to work.
