(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); when somebody is in the water spawn to them and then while your mashing spawn to player pull out your weapon and hold l2 until your underwater with your gun, you should now be able to run around and shoot underwater. then spawn to player again while shooting underwater and you should now be able to walk around in the air. i don't know if anybody has figured this out yet or posted it but I just wanted to share. enjoy
