STEPS:

1) Make your way to Lesters warehouse on map.
2) Get on top of the roof (Ladder at the back)
3) Get a wanted level of 2-3 stars (Kill citizens)
4) Go to the middle window on the roof and crouch behind it
5) Open job list and join a random job
6) When you are in the job quit it and you should spawn in lesters warehouse
7) Go to the back room in the warehouse and wait till you lose your wanted level
Exit the back room and shoot out the window through the front doors
9) Go back to the back room and wait till you lose your wanted level you should gain 200 rp
10) Rinse and repeat.

This will not benefit high leveled players only the low leveled players.
