1: Go into your phone in Contacts, and call Merryweather.

2: Purchase an Ammo Drop.

3: Wait for the Ammo Drop to fall, and pick it up to get the Molotov's.
(You may have to stand on top of it, and shoot one of your guns to pick it up.)

4: Take out your Molotov and look all the way up.

5: Once you are looking all the way up, then press and hold L2.
(Make sure you look all the way up, before pressing and holding L2.)

6: Keep holding L2, and you should be able to look more up, so do so.

7: Once you looked more up, keep holding L2, and press and hold R2.
You must login or register to view this content.

8: Now keep holding R2, and let go of L2.

9: Once done with step 8, as long as you don't let off R2 you may face the left to max out the twist.
(Your right shoulder must be facing the area you were looking at when starting the glitch, to max out the twist.)
(You are not able to see your character twisted, but others can.)
