Written Tutorial
1) ( Make sure you spawn location is on Last location) Deliever one of the stolen vehicles and come back to your vehicle warehouse

2) You should have a 16 minutes time to wait or (More,Less)

3) Click the PSN button and go to an application that suspends your game e.g Youtube, Spotify, Netflix and more

4) As soon as it starts click the PSN button again and return back to gta a notification should come up click continue and once you spawned in you should spawn near your vehicle warehouse because it you have last location on

5) Once you enter the vehicle warehouse the timer should be gone and you can continue to deliver the stolen cars Enjoy!!
