What you need to do:
Drive with the vehicle somewhere.
Get out of the car
Take the fireworks booth.
Target as in the video to see something under the rear-viewmirror and shoot it.
Then you will see that your car is burning. But do not beafraid it will not be exploding if you have done everything right.
Now you can drive with a burning vehicle through the area,until the Geuer goes out. Then you have to shoot again.
