I was thinking about using charles*to put flares or smoke on a Lazer or a Hydra but I don't have my socialclub details

can someone tell me if it is possible? And if it workes can someone give me the modded Hydra or Lazer using GF2F?

you cant put flares on the hydra using charles. i have personally tried and it does not work.
however if you want to customize license plates and such it works with charles
