Obviously, I used to do modding from PS3 to PS4 when transfers were a thing, but all of my money got wiped, so I was looking up glitches, and I don't play GTA V often.

I am wondering how people are using these recovery services. What are they using to do it for the newer consoles? I've got examples of a website, and I'll put a screenshot below:
