Public proxy's are old, outdated, and easily blocked. I cant believe you guys gave rep for this garbage....

Set up an FTP server, there are plenty of server hosts that do it for free.

Then donwload a PHProxy packet, and inject it into your FTP server. You can even create your own URL browser name for you own individual proxy, and you can make hundreds of them with seperate URL's...

If you use one too commonly, and it gets blocked by your administration, you can change your base URL in your FTP server. That, or you can use a number of packets that you created with different URL's as backups if the original one gets blocked.

You guys should really consider updating...

Well our school when they added the websense, ultrasurf site wasnt blocked yet so I dled it and put it on my usb. Google it, its great.
