Wait...what?
The viewcount usually sticks around the 300-350 mark or inbetween it.
For more popular videos, the viewcount is updated at a more regular basis, for yours it may take up to a week to get an accurate viewcount displayed. Give it time, it will update.

Wait...what?
How do you know it's getting 100 every (x) amount of time?

Like [SbD] God_of_War pointed out, YouTube is pretty glitches throughout. There will be problems, but the viewcount usually updates within the week.

In my experience, yes, they will be.
Sticks at 301, 302 or 321 for my videos usually. Within the week they update to a more realistic number.

YouTube video views are important to all members of the YouTube community -- both to uploaders as well as viewers. Views reflect how many times a video is watched and are an important measure of a video's overall popularity. Although the most famous YouTube videos have hundreds of thousands or even millions of views, most YouTube videos get less than a couple of hundred views. We want to provide a bit more information about the sophisticated technology we use to consistently count views.

Unfortunately, there are people who try to artificially inflate views. Sometimes this can be attempted by other users, by spam bots / malware or even by the video’s uploader. To prevent invalid views from being counted, we will occasionally slow, or in rare cases freeze the viewcount of videos when we detect an attempt to artificially increase viewcount. This is the normal operation of our system.

What does YouTube do to address this?
YouTube has sophisticated technology to consistently count views. If this technology detects that a there has been an attempt to artificially inflate a video’s viewcount, that video’s viewcount will freeze. During the time in which the viewcount appears frozen, valid views will continue to be counted.

Why do you count views in this way?
We’ve implemented this type of technology and viewcount analysis in order to prevent abuse of the system. Video views are at the heart of the YouTube community and we want to ensure we’re counting only valid views (and not artificial attempts to game the system). Ultimately, consistent viewcounts benefit everyone in the community, from the viewers to the uploaders.

Basically, if you have a big influx of views within a period of time, the viewcount will freeze.
