I am having a similar problem man, try this:

if you can ping using ip addresses but your browser is not working then it is generally a dns problem on your laptop/workstation

to fix

1. make sure the dns & secondary dns addresses have been configured in your modem/router (your ISP should have given you the details) save to flash & reboot then
2. configure your laptop/workstation's dns with the same address as your dg, (the same address as your router)

if you are still having problems try changing your workstation dns to the same addresses entered in your modem/router
