Obviously the system glitched or you hacked it in someway. I don't see why a company would give you so much Download bandwith but virtually no Upload bandwidth. /facepalm

how did you even manage to get 300 meg with virgin media are you on a trial with them but even then o thought 200 meg trials were over and your upload speed is piss poor for that you would at least be hitting 20-30 meg easy

sometimes speedtest go screwy aswelll as i am on there 20meg service and have seen it spike up to 40meg at the end
