At the start of installing it asks you if you would like to disable add-ons. If you select "Yes" then a popout will open telling you how long it takes to open you IE and then gives you a rough estimation of how long it will take after the add-ons are disabled
First of there is a new layout it's more of basic layout, but personaly i like more than the previous versions

They have change the "New Tab" page to "Your most popular sites"

They have fixed the Tools, Favourites, Home buttons, so that that they are more simple and easy to use.

Looks just fine, no sure what isn't "supported" But IE 9 beta has a few issues they they have yet to hammer out since it's release. Still has a pretty bad memory leak where sometimes even after the browser is closed you'll still see part of it on the screen(and yet it will still function) Overall IE is way behind the game and really isn't worth having anymore considering you no longer need it to do windows updates well for vista and 7 at least
