if so, then put it into DMZ mode, and you should be set.

DMZ didn't work for me. Neither will anything. Now, through my experience I know that a password protected router will almost NEVER have an Open NAT. I know some people will be able to, however I realize that if I plug my internet cable directly to my modem and the other end into my computer, the connection will be OPEN. Same goes for my Ps3.
