it's because their "unlimited" isn't really unlimited , it has to comply with their fair usage act which it looks like you went over so i reccomend giving them a phone apoligising and hopefully getting your full bandwidth back again.

virgin media is truly unlimited if youve got the right deal.

because ive been with them for a year i pay £23 a month for unlimited internet. The price also includes line rental.

£23 a month for the 50mb internet package and line rental? I think my mum pays more than that our 10mb package and line rental

all isp cap ur download and upload dont take their crap saying its unlimited they block websites as well and other stuff
