that aint nothing mine is probably the slowest out there it usually runs 7kb thats really slow

Yes, that is a terrible download speed. What was your download speed 3 days ago? You might try calling your ISP and having them take a look at it. If they say nothing is wrong, I would suggest choosing a new ISP.

Make sure that when you do a speedtest that you have nothing running in the background. No downloading music, movies, torrents, etc.
