It might not be just your provider that is slow. It also depends where your house is. If its near a main road its usually faster because of the positioning of the "Switch Box" on your road,street. Iam about 60 meters away from the switch box thats why my internet isn't that slow.
Another reason could be.... You might not be the only person on your road/street that is using the same company so they also have to cater for them aswell.
