(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is extremely useful if your internet is slow and you want to increase speed without paying too much.

The Steps:

1. Find or search for "run", ussually located in: Start > All Programs > Accessesories > "run."
2. In the box im "run" type "gpedit.msc" (without quotation marks), and hit "OK". You should be in something called "Local Group Policy Editor."
3. Click on "Computer Config"> "Administrative Templates">"Network">"QoS Packet Scheduler">"Limit reservable bandwidth". Double click it.
4. Click "Enabled" then change Bandwidth limit (%): To 0 instead of 20%.
5. Enjoy.


Edit: GPEDIT is only available in Professional, Ultimate, and Enterprise editions for windows 7, I'm not sure about xp or vista.
