Now navigate to "Videos".

Now click onto "Video Editor".

Drag the video you want to be HD into the Editor, change the Title and click Publish.

Also don't forget to remove "YouTube Editor" from your tags.

yeh i know =D i'm just showing that when you upload to Youtube the quality goes a bit dodgy but this restores i back to HD etc
