You will need the correct software, you can find here....You must login or register to view this content.

You then will need to upload the files you download via FTP when you get hosting. Then you will be able to install it by going to, yourdomain.whatever/install (whatever is your co.cc or .tk or .com)

After install you can fiddle with it until you got it down, that is something that needs to be learned on your own.

Download a template that will fit your needs, you can find templates at templatemonster.com, themeforest.com, and various others. This option takes longer to setup but it can be worth it if you not planning on install software and such. You will most likely need a Graphics Artist to build you a logo that fits your template.
