The system is called Monitor Us, and you can find it at You must login or register to view this content.. Sign-up is free, and once you're registered you can enter the URL of the sites you want to monitor. From now on, the system will "ping" your site every 60 minutes or so, and you can log in any time to see a graph of performance. The stats include the ping response time, and the percentage uptime of your site. So if there's been a problem at some point in the last day or so, you'll know about it.

This would also raise the bandwidth of the site. Which in some cases is bad depending on your CPU limit and or Bandwidth limit.
