Looks like someone/something is intruding your internet. You should do a network scan and call your isp provider

Btw you are not hacked, your modem stopped the attack, thats why your internet shuts off. Use a good firewall and Antivirus and you will be safe.

Often enough it just means you accessed a site that was attempting to do something to you, these sites are often blocked or generally don't get anywhere with you.
