1. . First of all we need SDelete utility or we can say small command line tool from You must login or register to view this content.. You need to extract it because it comes in compressed ZIP file.

2. After extraction of this zip file copy sdelete.exe into C:\Windows\System32 folder, and then click on Continue and Yes to approve and then copying it there.

3. We are already Half way done. Now need to make a registry entry on your Windows registry. This entry will add Permanently Delete options in context menu. Manually editing of registry might be dangerous so we have one more option to add registry entry in the safest way. We can download ready to use reg file from sevenforums.com. 4. Now you have downloaded registry entry to enter it on your system registry click on downloaded file. Window will prompt for security warning, click on Run button. Sometimes Windows may ask for some more security checks please select Yes button.

5. Congratulations clip_image002now you have the option to delete file permanently from Windows right click Context menu.

Can you not just delete it then empty the recycle bin? It's not really that hard.

that's the whole point of this , to not have to use the recycle bin
