Notice how it adds the / before the image name. (/4sgAR0.jpg) Go ahead. Click the link.

I have found a solution to fix it though, you have to manually do this every time though:

What I did was remove the / from the image name. So hopefully this will explain some things to screen snapr users and give them a fix

UPDATE:
Here's a permanent fix: Install version 3.03. Here's a download link: You must login or register to view this content. It'll try to install another "Brothersoft" toolbar or something, just exit out of that (unless you want it)

Have you updated you screensnapr to 4.0?

yes, my update is 4.0 .

like he said make sure you have a CUSTOM screensnapr not on there servers
