(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Can you have a PayPal without a credit card, because I don't have a credit card. So what I mean is say someone sends me $50 and then it's on my PayPal and then I can buy stuff or what?? I want a PayPal because people want to send me money for advertising on my Facebook pages. So I want to use my PayPal like a bank, I get money the I can spend that money. How does it work I need help please

You would still need a credit card to do anything with money in your PayPal. Nothing you can do with the money if you receive it.

Canadian Premier accounts however do not require Credit Card or Bank information. You may send the money as long as the receiver supports PayPal rather than credit card.

Warning though, receiving large sums of money can cause for your account to become limited, I've had 250 sent to me, I was able to use 200 until I became limited through the last 50.
