I have tested this in my school and it did work it also let me on facebook and I eventually took the internet offline for 3 hours of the day and the technician had no clue what happened or who did it lol.

All i know is it encodes the URL so you can search anonymously.

Its called a proxy... most schools have all proxy websites blocked.
