At least I can fight
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have about 15 - 20MB download speed
And the upload speed hardly ever gets above 1MB

The ping is about 30 - 40MS

And I'd like a way to improve it if there is any way of doing it...

Ask your ISP to substitute some of you download speed for a higher upload speed.
