When its moderate it does not. Please give me any tips or sugestions on how to fix please. I am wireless btw.

Do you have DMZ configured on the console? Port forwarding?

Nothing fancy. And I managed to fix the problem. I just unpluged my motom for a minute or two and it fixed the lag
