It usually means it lost it's connection.

Unplug the power for about 15 seconds and then plug back in. This will cause it to cycle through and reset. See if that does anything. Make sure the wire from your modem to your router is good as well.

I dont have a modem. It didnt work..... can you to Sb to help?

It means your SNR margin is going out of sync, depending on your ISP call them up and speak to them and they can change your line profile for more speed/stability. Most likely if your on a 6db fastpath profile, you will be cutting out quite a bit, but it all depends tho.
