Example: i have a site that deals with fashion, you can set the for outputting the ads only for advertising that is involved in fashion?

I believe that if you could insert advertisements related to the subjects that this is the forum you can get more clicks and openingclosing more you earn!

I don't think adsense works quite that way, yes by only allowing fashion ads you are serving ads for your niche but you are missing out on revenue from the likes of sony, HMV, MTV etc

Disable ads that don't appeal to a wide audience but keep stuff like entertainment, games, fashion etc

Also it's about where you place the ads

I would keep things related and things of entertainment. Don't forget, people who use Gmail and have their accounts activated during the use of Google develop a profile that Adsense uses to give them ads that they would prefer.
