Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
Requirements: A computer. A brain.
This "hack" will not grant you access to the targets login details, however it will allow you to update their status. Firstly you need to do a little bit of social engineering and get something from the target. This is what you need to do.
In this link:
you will see this:
You must login or register to view this content.
What i have covered is an email address. Everyone has a different email address. What your job is, is to get the target to tell you their unique email. I did it here:
You must login or register to view this content.
Now that you have it, go to your hotmail and click "new" for the "to" box put in their unique email.
Now, the "subject" of the message is going to be their status update. like this:
You must login or register to view this content.
Click "send".
That's it. Now check their status on facebook and it will be like this:
You must login or register to view this content.
haha. Now if the person changes their passwords you'd have to get them to give you another email which could be tricky. But as long as their passwords stay the same you can update their status' all you like

Use your imagination. I was having trouble getting it off a friend, he kept asking me why I needed it. I said that I wanted to change my PSN but for security reasons I can't view that email so can you send it to me?
Be creative, but make it sound genuine.
