I do have computer knoledge though so it wont take me long to figure it out if im pointed in the right dirrection. ( i know a few languages including c++ and visual basic, so hopefully this proves that im not a complete noob :p). I have no idea who to rent my server from or what to do once i pay for it. Right now im at a loss and maybe if someone could point me towards a video or a thread that might help me out id really appreciate it, thanks

Well firstly are you making it from scratch or pre made one?
if from scratch need to know html and css coding quite easy to learn also javascript quite useful.
