The motherboard and CPU arn't compatible

The 3770k is socket 1155, that board is socket 2011.

other than that it's fine.

The parts are unbalanced. I'm assuming this build is for gaming? If so, reduce the CPU to a 3570k or an AMD FX 8320/8350.

Having done that, improve the video card.

Memory is fine. If (s)he won't be video editing you can safely lower that from 2x8GB to 2x4GB.

The motherboard is incompatible with Intel Ivy Bridge CPUs. They use different sockets.

Power supply is fine but you only really need 80+ bronze. Anything above that is needless in terms of price/efficiency.

You can double the size of that HDD for a small price increase - you may as well.

No idea about the case.

Here's what I'd get at a similar price:

not just watts make sure its got enough amps for what ever your running i think 660 needs something like 24amps to run well so as long as your hitting that and its max voltage doesnt go over your watts your fine example say your 660 is hitting 250 watts now 12volt rail times 24amps = something like 288watts you would be good with a 400watt psu for single setup but a 750 watt psu should be fine if thats a single rail that psu should be doing 60 some amps
