The parts are unbalanced. I'm assuming this build is for gaming? If so, reduce the CPU to a 3570k or an AMD FX 8320/8350.
Having done that, improve the video card.
Memory is fine. If (s)he won't be video editing you can safely lower that from 2x8GB to 2x4GB.
The motherboard is incompatible with Intel Ivy Bridge CPUs. They use different sockets.
Power supply is fine but you only really need 80+ bronze. Anything above that is needless in terms of price/efficiency.
You can double the size of that HDD for a small price increase - you may as well.
No idea about the case.
